Beijing International Book Fair

Over the years Babel Linguistics has translated dozens of titles, book reviews, and tables of content in collaboration with several university publishers who attend BIBF as selling agents. Authors, literary agents, booksellers, librarians and publishers from more than 40 countries meet each year to find out and present the innovations of the book industry.

Regarded by many as one of the top four international book fairs in the world, the BIBF is increasingly attended by US companies. English language materials continue to be an important market for the Chinese and their interest in American books remain strong especially in children’s, STM and adult award-winning and best seller titles that have a popular appeal. Our crew of linguists prepares a large batch of titles and book content in Simplified Chinese language for the USA’s presence in this fair.
