Babel Linguistics has successfully localized nuclear cardiology quantification software in 6 foreign languages for a top medical imaging solutions developer, in conjunction with the University of Michigan. BL has worked with Invia’s imaging professionals to define and localize configurable, flexible, and integrated nature of a new software version for image quantification, review, and reporting to make it available in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Japanese, and Mandarin. Physicians whose native language is one of these six translations can now feel more comfortable reviewing, quantifying and interpreting cardiac studies from outside the reading room. Both the application and the Users’ Guide were translated for these users.
